Terms of Service

We design, build, and ship software within the scope, timeline, and price agreed in your proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional proposal.

Invoices are due on the dates listed in your proposal. Late payment may pause ongoing work. Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance.

On final payment, you own the source code and assets we deliver for your project. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

We treat anything you share with us as confidential. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery if your project requires one.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zoof04's place of registration. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
